Breathe in and observe my own self with the flow of air, and breathe out the anxiousness; breathe in to the area that tension could be found and breath out to relax, try to accept if not enjoy the sweet pain.Have been practicing yoga since teenage life, understood that yoga is not just a form of gymnastics that requires twisting my own body into weird form, but a way to understand and accept my own self through breathing and therefore could learn to let go and live an easier life.
Stepping up onto the hammock hanging away from ground is not only for more elegant and difficult asanas, but also to learn the courage to let go. Self co-ordination and trust are the keys to fly free in the air. It becomes the reason for endless training hoping to become a better aerial yoga teacher in order to share with the students the bravery of letting go through continuous practice.
