I start practicing Yoga 8 years ago because of my own body's imbalance and it caused so much pain.
Leading to hormonal imbalance, muscle soreness, insomnia problems. At that time I need acupuncture and moxibustion, massage to relieve physical discomfort.
After start practicing Yoga, the pain goes away. Most importantly I learnt to listen to my body and mind.
Soon I got my certificates of America Yoga Alliance for 200 hours Teacher Training and 85 hours Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Never stop developing myself from attending other workshops and training, such as Yoga Wheel, Exercises of Anatomy, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Sound Healing, Tuning Fork Therapy... etc
I am now teaching in different areas. My dream is to introduce the love of yoga to everyone around the world.
I believe through small group teaching, students can be more focus and feel their own body, mind and soul and learn to engage with themselves.
