Virginia has been practicing Yoga for the past 7 years. Her great passion led her to India to know more about yoga and study yogic science intensively. There she finished two teacher training courses in two renowned yoga universities. She has also participated a yoga competition and won the second place in National and International Himalaya Yoga Olympiad in India (Bangalore) in 2008
She is now a certified Yoga Instructor from Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana Ashram (Yoga University) [VYASA], India. The course enriched her knowledge in yoga therapy and opened her eyes with the great philosophy, which is the most important subject in yoga.
At the same time, she is a certified International Yoga Teacher from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, India (Kerala). The course equipped her with practical asana teaching skills, pranayama and kriyas. It was a great experience for her to know more about Vedanta, which is the great wisdom in yoga.
She deeply believes in her Master's teaching, "Better to light the lamp than cursing to the darkness. Be a light to others." and she dedicates herself to share her passion to everyone and pass on this belief.
